Check in was a breeze with great communication with the host. The property was amazing!!! So cozy and relaxing. Loved the country setting and the wonderful deck. We absolutely loved this place!!
We LOVED this property. The property has acres of privacy. The cabin was a family gathering spot home and we felt like an extension of that family. We enjoy evenings under the stars at the fire pit with the warmth of the cabin lights behind us. There is also a private creek that is worth exploring just down a hill. The fireflies added to the nostalgia. Kitchen was well stocked. We grilled the best steaks and had a great meal! To note, the cabin is small. It has a pull out sofa bed but you will be most comfortable with 2-3 adults. If you have children you could also make that work My only negative is that we feel the mattress needs replacing. It was too soft for us.
I wanted to own everything in this space. So well styled and such high quality items! We all loved staying here. The only thing I would point out is that the rental space is actually much smaller than it might appear from the outside photos. Half of the structure is barn space not for guests to use. With the pull out bed extended, it was a bit of a right space. But we all loved it anyways!!
My wife and I visited the Hillside Farm for her birthday and had an absolute wonderful vacation. The house was extremely clean and fresh when we entered. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Walking down the hill to the creek was an added bonus. The location feels like it is in the middle of nowhere but is only a short drive of 10 minutes into the town of Versailles. The property also backs up to a horse farm pasture, and we enjoyed watching the horses. We will most likely visit this property again, possibly in the fall to enjoy all of the amazing color.Elizabeth was a wonderful host answering all of our questions and providing everything we needed.
Was very nice and relaxing. Wish I booked it longer. Outdoor shower and jumping in the creek was awesome on a hot day. Would totally recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful stay
