Four bedrooms (with NO bunkbeds!) and a game room, plus chef's kitchen, living room, and three FULL bathrooms. Fully fenced backyard and side patio with seating and propane grill. Set in an established neighborhood just steps from Music Row, walkable to Midtown, The Gulch, Edgehill, and downtown restaurants and bars. Two nearby playgrounds provide extra outdoor space for the kids to burn off energy.
