Wonderful Lake House

The Lake Madison lake house was very nice. Lots of steps to get down to the entry doors, but otherwise very, very nice accommodations and wonderful views of the lake. Close to the Lakes Bar & Grill where we attended an event. We didn't make it to the Hillside Resort, which is just 7 houses away, but we will do that next time we come. Family members staying with us said the place was terrific.

The property was extremely clean and it had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and I want to note the sheets were soft and the towels were so fluffy (if you travel a lot you know how important that is!). The owner was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. The location on the lake was gorgeous and was the main focus in the decor with all the windows. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs to climb up and down but it really didn’t bother us at all but it is something to note if anyone has unique mobility needs.
