A plush living room sofa and recliners let you gaze out at the bay or kick back to watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. A closed-door home office is furnished for remote working or school study. The all-new kitchen showcases a gleaming suite of stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops that are sure to inspire family meals. The primary bedroom and one of the guest rooms include a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The primary suite also features a private sitting area and deck access.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are two cameras. One is under the carport of the garage facing the driveway. The other is on the garage door facing the guest entrance door.
