This is your dream house complete with 2 acres, a guest house, beach, pier, hottub, kayaks and so much more. The main house is coastal with a touch of modern design. The spacious primary suite has a walk out patio over looking the water. The onsuite bath has double vanities, an amazing bath and sepatate shower. There is also an additional bedroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The walking out deck overlooking Copano Bay is Fabulous! Downstairs the livingroom/ diningroom/ kitchen is an entertainers dream. Outside there is a palaypa, hottub and fire pit with gas serviced into it, outdoor shower, spacious seating area, 3 car garage and pier with a boat lift. There is also a half bath outside that is so useful when entertaining on the water. Across the lawn is the guest house. The 3 bedroom 2 bath is more like a full time residence. The primary has an onsuite bath with a tile shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms and 1bath. Perfect Family Vacation Spot.

This is Bay Area, beach area is smaller than appears in pictures and unable to swim in the are , 2 feet surrounding pier

Comfortable home, amazing views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely property for a large family. The guest house was a nice thing for grandparents to have their own space. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The main house has a wonderful ice maker that ensures you never run out of ice. The fire pit and hot tub outside were big hits as well. One point of feedback: ensure the back yard is mowed before guests stay for an extended weekend. It was quite thick and overgrown. The “path” down to the pier was covered in thorny stickers and having that path mowed a bit would have made it easier to get down to water and the pier.

This place was a dream come true! We came to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Texas A&M CC and it was only 40 minutes from downtown Corpus. There were 10 of us and 2 children. The adults with the children (toddlers) stayed in the guest house so they did not have to worry about the stairs. The main house had plenty of bedrooms and an amazing master suite downstairs. Our family enjoyed the pier, kayaks, beach toys, and corn hole. The views were amazing and we were treated to picture perfect sunsets each night.

We just wrapped up an amazing stay this this Rockport gem and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the house felt like home, so beautifully decorated and welcoming. The location was ideal, quiet, safe and tons of space between the two houses. The open airy layout was perfect for spending time together as a family. The beds were super comfortable and having all of the extra bathrooms was so helpful for our family of 15. Having the dock on the bay with a fish cleaning station and even an outdoor shower made it ideal for anyone who loves to fish. Extra perks like the jacuzzi and gas firepit made out stay really fantastic. This place made our trip to Rockport extra special. Whether you're here to fish, unwind, or explore, you won't find a better home base. We're already planning our next trip back!

It was a wonderful home, very spacious! Loved having the dock/pier and access to the water. Caught a variety of fish (redfish, catfish, croaker, black drum and even a stingray!). Enjoyed the use of the kayaks, too! Just wish we had booked a longer stay!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful trip! Absolutely perfect house for our family trip. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property! Our family enjoyed making memories together with the hot tub, dinners, beach and fishing on the private pier.
