Mission trip

We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville.

We never got into the location due to lack of communication from the host and unwillingness to fix the issue of wrong passcode for lock. It took hours to get a response and we had to stay at a hotel. The only positive is that he did fully refund us.

Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with the lock access that evening, and my response was not as prompt as it should have been. I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after traveling. We were traveling ourselves with limited service. As soon as the situation was identified, I issued a full refund because providing a smooth and secure arrival experience is extremely important to me. I regret that we missed the opportunity to host you and appreciate you acknowledging the refund. Your feedback has helped reinforce the importance of backup access procedures and faster response protocols, which have since been addressed.
