This property was perfect for our young adults. Spacious, modern fixtures, contemporary furniture, everything they love about a space. The children had plenty of room to chase around and enjoy their time together as cousins. The champagne provided was much appreciated as we were celebrating a wedding event.

Charleston trip

The property was amazing! I would highly recommend booking. It is in a great location. The property is immaculate. We had 14 family members on this trip and there was plenty of room. We make several trips to Charleston a year and this will be our go to accommodations.

Great friend gathering space

We rented units B & C for 5 couples and it was perfect. The living spaces were spacious and easy to make meals together. We loved sitting on the porches and laughing. There were easy walks to King St. College of Charleston and meals. I’d recommend highly. Communication was excellent with property managers

Perfect for 8 women

The property was nice. Carpets were dirty. I felt like the communication was extremely general. The answers to my questions were vague. I'm guessing this is a group who owns the property. Overall, it satisfied our needs.

Wonderful Two Condo Units - Rented Both

We had a group of 9 adult family members from all over the U.S. (NYC, Portland, OR, Little Rock, AR, Atlanta, Jackson, MS, etc.) join us for a week-long stay. Having both units made it easy for the late-night folks to enjoy one while the earlier risers enjoyed the other. Each unit had an open concept making it comfortable for all to be together. We cooked Christmas eve dinner using both kitchens -- having two well-equipped kitchens made all the difference. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. on Meeting and King streets. Also, loved the Tiny Tassell shop just up the block from the units. Management responded to any questions we had in prompt manner.

We’re glad the location made exploring Meeting and King Streets easy and that you enjoyed discovering local spots like Tiny Tassell. Our team loves staying responsive, so we’re happy that helped. Would be a pleasure to host your crew again anytime!

Birthday Girls Weekend Perfection

I decided to celebrate my birthday with my friends on a Girls’ Weekend, and this property was the perfect choice! The communication with the host was excellent—I was able to order a case of champagne in advance, and it was already chilled in the refrigerator when we arrived. The property is exactly as described—luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped. Our group of 13 women, all accustomed to having our own accommodations, had some initial hesitation about sharing a rental. However, from the moment we arrived, everyone was thrilled. The space was impeccably designed, and nothing was missing.I can’t say enough to do it justice. If you're considering booking this place, don’t overthink it—just go for it!

Charleston weekenk

We ran to the space so we could spend Labor Day weekend with my family. We live in Mount Pleasant, but have three grown children that are in different towns. Grandkids came as well. The property is clean, spacious and well stocked. The furniture is very nice and the bed is very comfortable, we had just a couple of issues with Internet as with that many people the bandwidth was insufficient. We address this and I believe they will take care of this. We had two parking spaces which were adequate for us, but if you have other friends it’s a little difficult. The management company was great and responsive. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it.

We’d love to host you again and appreciate your recommendation!
