The property is about 15 minutes away from so much in the Berkshires. The house is set on a small, swimmable lake with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very responsive hosts who stock the house with everything needed. We had an amazing family gathering of 6 people and were very comfortable in the space. Would highly recommend and may be back another year!

This was the perfect house and setting for a writing retreat with colleagues. Everyone had enough space to spread out and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the views of the lake, the opportunity to walk on quiet roads, and the design and visual appeal of the house itself. We hope to return!

We’ll be back

Celebrated a birthday with a group of old friends. Great location near Lee. Enjoyed the lake views. Fires inside and outside. Home is well decorated and clean.

Long weekend at the lake

Our extended family stayed for a long weekend to catch up with each other and make the most of summer in the Berkshires. This property did not disappoint! It was clean, had nice furnishings, a nice hot tub, a great deck, plenty of room for large family dinners and games, and paddle boards and kayaks to use too. The neighborhood is quiet, and this property is next door to the beach. The lake itself is very clean and even though the weather was perfect we felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves! The owners were very responsive and the check-in and check-out processes were both very easy. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but in reality we were close enough to Lee that instacart delivered groceries, or we could go to shops etc if the weather had been iffy. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
