This cabin was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was as described, and all in good working order. The pool and hot tub were clean, although the pool was cold the kids still enjoyed it! The pool door also locks with a code so you don't have to worry about smaller children sneaking in without you. The arcade games and theater room were a nice bonus. Definitely one of my favorites places that we've stayed.

Absolutely Beautiful

This was an absolutely beautiful cabin with all the amenities one could hope for. Beds were soft and comfortable. Plenty of space, convenient to the Parkway and any/all activities. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I brought our daughter and some friends for her 13th Birthday. The house was great the kids loved the movie room and pool. And I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. I would stay here again.

We were not aware that info was missing until we were within an hour of property. There was communication with owner twice on our way to TN, who was clearly unaware that we had a paid reservation. Too many hands in the process maybe. Overall, the cabin was extremely nice and convenient to strip. Pool temp was 105 degrees so we just used instead of hot tub. Pool in summer should be cool and refreshing! Kitchen knives need sharpening.

We would like to clarify that the phone number entered during the online booking process contained an incorrect digit, which prevented our calls and texts from reaching you. Check-in requirements were also sent by email, and once the required information was received, check-in details were provided. Our pool vendor also reviewed the temperature records surrounding your stay and found no issues, with the pool maintained between 80–83 degrees. We wish this had been reported during your stay so we could have addressed it at the time. Thank you for staying with us.

Pop’s Perch

It was nice to get away for a few days. The cabin is gorgeous! The media room was awesome. The only thing I can think of is I wish the pool had been heated.

It was a lovely cabin, and I really enjoyed the roominess of the house. The kitchen was upgraded, the bathrooms were really nice and everything was as described. Two things I would change: the beds are rather uncomfortable in both bedrooms and the rooms need dressers. It wouldn’t have been a big deal for a night or two, but I felt like a nomad living out of my suitcase for 8 days. As far as beds go, even a thick mattress pad or topper would go a long way. We enjoyed the use of the theater room, the indoor pool, and how close it was to everything so I would certainly use Eagles Ridge again for a cabin rental.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin was just beautiful! As we pulled up the driveway upon arrival it was gorgeous. Prettiest cabin on the block. Everything was spotless- the furniture and decor was beautiful. Sitting in the rockers in front of The fireplace on the patio was cozy. The hot tub on the other patio was perfect. The swimming pool was an absolute dream for the kids! To be able to just walk downstairs to a pool made them happy! The kitchen is beautiful and pots and pans and dishes provided were very nice. The beds were very comfy. That bath tub! Everything was perfect. Communication with the host was easy and they responded right away.
