New construction modern condo in Nashville..Great location!

PRIME LOCATION!! Close to everything..In walking distance to GEODIS PARK(soccer stadium, concert venue) and a great BBQ place. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Nashville, and 10 minutes to Green Hills, and Cool Springs. Condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Open concept with Kitchen/Living room. Has a nice balcony off of the living room that opens to a courtyard. The unit has waterproof LVP flooring in the living room and kitchen area, carpet in the bedroom, and LVP in the bathroom. Designated one car parking space by the secured front door to the building. Unit is fully stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen, towels, linens, and enough laundry soap and toilet paper/paper towel to get you started. If you will be in town for pleasure or business come and make yourself at home!
