This beautifully new renovated house in the Edgehill Village/Music Row area is less than 5 minutes from downtown Nashville and Broadway! With room for 10 guests, this is the perfect place to spend the weekend with your best friends in the world. We are less than a 5 minute walk from Taco Mamacita, Edgehill Coffee, Nomzilla, Bella Napoli Pizzaria, J Crew men's store and numerous other boutiques. Come stay with us! Beds are queen, queen, queen, and the 4th bedroom has 4 twin beds in bunks.

Just right!

Neal's house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Sparkling clean when we arrived and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and easily accessible on foot or by Uber. Responses were instant the few times we texted Neal. Would stay here again without hesitation when visiting Nashville.

Excellent location and host!

House is exactly as pictured. Neal is an excellent host with regular communication throughout our visit. Location was close enough to downtown/Gulch and music row, but far enough away for some quiet time.

Great home for groups and families in the perfect neighborhood

Neal is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure to interact with and this property in the Gulch is a true gem. We loved everything from the convenient early check-in/late check-out options, well appointed home, and perfect location close to everything worth seeing/experiencing in Nashville. Communication with Neal was always timely, clear and pleasant. Could not recommend highly enough!

Cute Comfy House

House was very cute and clean. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty room for 7 adults.

The house was absolutely perfect for our special event; it was spacious and comfortable and located in a safe quiet neighborhood that was a close walk to The Gulch area. The host was extremely helpful!
