Very nice room The verification process was challenging. The only concern I have was the fees above the cost of the room was outrageous. 600 were fees.

Extremely happy with the accommodations

Great unit with very convenient parking. Great location. Did not need to drive much at all. Many great places to eat walking distance and many attractions walking distance too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Location and view was great. Room was clean and organized. Parking was safe and secure. I could not give a 5 star for check in. Unfortunately we were given an incorrect access code and it took an hour to get the correct code. Very frustrating at the time. I am sure this does not happen as a rule and we would still recommend renting this unit. Everything was great once we got the correct code.

Great condo

We had 3 adults and 2 kids for this trip and this condo was perfect. Stunning views and super close to really good food and drinks. The pool area was fun. There were heated options which was great because it was pretty cool while we there. The indoor pool had to be shut down a few days because of ceiling repairs, but there was a lazy river we played in instead. I would suggest bringing larger plates or mugs, the serving ware is pretty small. Overall a lovely place!

First time visit for the 19 y.o.

The resort property as a whole needs a little bit of work but after a summer that was probably busy it's going to show a little wear and tear. They'll get it taken care of in the winter. Aa far as the condo, it was very nice, clen, taking care of. Was a nice stay overall

Once we were actually able to get into the unit, it was "fine". Some things could definitely be upgraded (fridge, dishwasher, living room chair, balcony chairs, a blanket for the pullout sofa) and cleaner (yellow-stained towels, stains on the doors, dusty lamps, tables and vents). We were most frustrated by not being aware of the beach renourishment project going on directly in front of the hotel. You had to walk at least 100 yards either direction to access the beach, and the construction noise was day and night. I get property management doesn't control the beach, but a little heads up would have been appropriate. We thought the communication was spammy and suspicious, including an email saying our reservation had been canceled, texts from various numbers and a What's App message from an ex-US number. You could never reach anyone by phone, and questions/request for help sent by text took several hours/days for a response, if they responded at all. Check-in process included sending multiple forms of sensitive information by email. The parking garage is also really tough for larger cars/SUVs. I will not rent from this company again.

Beach front fun

Condo was perfect for our family! Location was great, all the amenities nearby with restaurants and fun activities within walking distance. Right on the beach with great pool options. Family loved it!! Only a few very minor callouts for improvement. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Floors were swept but not clean. Everyone’s socks and feet were black within 2 minutes of walking in before we ever made it to the beach. No blankets or pillows for the sofa pull out and the toaster was super cheap, barely worked. I consider these things all minor and would happily return.
