A King Suite within a gem of 11 clean & comfortable guest rooms designed for beach lovers. Sleeps 4 with King bed, Queen sofabed, kitchenette and all the essentials to make you feel at home.

Inside, you will enjoy a King-size bed, storage space for your belongings, and a secure safe for valuables. The living area includes a Queen sofa bed, Roku-enabled TV, everything for perfect relaxation after a day by the sea.

Your fully equipped kitchenette features a stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to whip up light meals or beach snacks. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hair dryer for your convenience.

There is 1 parking space allotted per guest, no exceptions.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

When booking you are agreeing to the following Guest Rules:

The party booking must be 20* years of age or older to book a stay with us. (18-19 years of age message to request to book Only if you can prove you are responsible i.e. positive review record with AirBnb).

Quiet hours of 10PM - 8AM. Be respectful of the surroundings and other guests.

We do not accept 3rd party bookings! Whoever books must be staying at the hotel.

No Smoking or vaping except in the outdoor designated area. NEVER inside a Room or Suite!

NO illicit drugs or drug use including recreational marijuana.

No pets of any kind!

Only a vehicle of normal size will be provided with 1 parking space available at time of check-in to checkout - no exceptions.

Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dyeing hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
