Stay in a thoughtfully restored 1920s designer home on a quiet Hudson cul-de-sac with space for up to 6 guests. The Spring House pairs original character with modern comforts and an easy walk to Oakdale Lake, local breweries, and Warren Street.

LOCATION
Follow the nature trail at the end of Spring Street to reach Oakdale Lake in about 3–5 minutes, nearby breweries in 7–10 minutes, and Warren Street in 10–15 minutes. The home feels peaceful while remaining close to Hudson's restaurants, galleries, shops, and local attractions.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a historic multi-level home with stairs. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Up to 2 pets may be accepted with prior approval; please send pet details before booking. Big Towel sauna at Oakdale is independently operated and is not a property amenity. Guests receive detailed arrival, parking, hot-tub, projector, and checkout instructions after booking.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels on the upstairs bathroom floor or in the downstairs washer. Put trash in the kitchen can or outside bins.
Turn off TVs, projector, lights, and appliances. Porch and backyard lights may remain on. Replace the hot-tub cover and lock both doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please keep noise low and respect our neighbors.
Rinse before using the hot tub, replace the cover after use, and never turn the heat off.
Hold the driveway gate while moving it. Do not park in the roundabout or in front of the house.
