Beautiful Lake Arrowhead includes wonderful amenities such as a hiking trails/ kids playground/ golf course /clubhouse and restaurant. Only 25 minutes from Canton and any restaurant/store you could need as well. Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a well deserved refuge only an hour away from Atlanta! The view of the mountain base and lake are breathtaking as soon as you walk in the door and please enjoy the complementary recreational equipment including Hydro Bikes/paddle boards and kayaks and hot tub!

From the moment you step inside the home the water views instantly relax and beckon you to the fantastic screen porch that runs the full length of the house. This is were we spend most of our time for sure. Beautiful knotty pine hardwoods flow throughout the main. The living room offers vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace with fabulous lake views with a pullout couch if needed! Master on main and additional full bath on main is ideal for family and lake guests. Terrace level provides a second living/gaming area with arcade and bar, two guest rooms and full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and more amazing lake views to wake up to and the other is a 4 bed bunk room with all queen beds. Perfect for larger reservations.

Once outside enjoy the mountain views to the east. Enjoy fishing from the dock of feel free to use the kayaks/water bikes to go out to deeper waters as they are perfectly stable. Life vests are also provided for your convenience. End the night under the crystal clear skies with magnificent stargazing. Complementary smores kits are provided so please fee free to use the Breeo smokeless firepit.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

The property is amazing. It's so lovely. We were there with family and friends for a basketball tournament and it was the best place we've stayed at. The boys got to play around in the lake during their down time. We grilled, relaxed and got to enjoy some wonderful friends. Thank you so much for sharing.

Perfect place!

We booked in February because we were heading down for a weeklong baseball tournament in July. We were looking for something to do other then sit in a hotel for hours during the downtime. This property provided everything we were looking for and more. From the activities on the lake, the brand new hot tub, multiple games to play and the on site golf course, it was everything our group was looking for. The views are amazing and Brian and his management team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch! If I ever come back to the area, i will be staying there again!

Sweet 16!

We stayed there to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. We had the best time watching the group of girls use all the water equipment. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the luxuries of the house. My husband and I could not be anymore proud of being able to celebrate her in this beautiful home. The owner was very accommodating and worked with us the whole time.

Excellent Experience at an Absolutely Fabulous Lakehouse!

From the moment we entered the door every curated design and decor detail stole our attention. As a Realtor and Designer myself, I noted how the house presents so beautifully staged, filled with warmth and welcome"ness". Amelia's Landing is very well appointed with "new" everything that we could possibly need or want. We ignored the cold and rainy weather while fishing off the dock, enjoying the fire, playing the multiple available games, lunching at the Clubhouse and pontoon biking around the lake when the weather improved. Thank you Brian for being so accessible to us . Your prompt reply to our questions appreciated. We will definitely come back again!

Lake House Perfection!!!

This property is absolute perfection!!!! The house is gorgeous, clean, and stocked with everything you could need and more. The lake is quiet and family friendly (which we LOVED) and views from the porch and dock were incredible! Having access to all the fun lake toys was definitely an added bonus and we enjoyed them all (the hydro bikes were a personal favorite though!) I really liked that we could bike or kayak across the lake with the kids without worry, as the entire section of the lake around the house is a No Wake Zone. The dock was a perfect place to sit, take in the lake views, sunbathe, or gather around the fire pit in the evenings and make memories! The house is tastefully decorated, very well stocked, beds were comfortable, and it just felt homey from the moment we walked in. The host was great from start to finish, super easy to communicate with, and helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable! 10/10 recommend!

Why they chose this property

We chose this house because of the great views, local amenities and quality of construction. The neighborhood has everything from a golf course and clubhouse to tennis courts/ hiking trails/ playgrounds. Also is a short drive to Canton that had anything and everything you could want/need

What makes this property unique

We love the view when you walk in the front door. it just feels like home and the lake is gorgeous in the back ground. We normally head right for the back deck for dinner and make use of the propane fire top table. we also love looking to the east at the base of the Appalachian mountains. The water bikes and paddle boards are always a great time too.
