I can’t give this place enough stars!!!

This place is PERFECT!!! The house is decorated so nice and it was so clean. All the little details the host thought of made my stay wonderful. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Lovely place!

We loved our stay. The townhouse was adorable, newly renovated and super clean. All of the lights were labels which I appreciated very much. Will definitely come back and stay here again while our daughter is attending UF.

Would stay here again

Although it’s not the greatest neighborhood, it was clean it was quiet. The people above us were mostly respectful. It’s a short drive to many restaurants and many UF campus buildings as well as Shand’s hospital.

Game Weekend

We had a really nice weekend at the house. Waiting for us was cold drinks in the refrigerator and lots of snacks! The house itself was clean, comfortable and so cute!

UF Track Meet

Immaculate! All the amenities you need + some you didn't know you needed! Location an easy walk to downtown (we did drive to the track). Would definitely stay at this property again if the need arises. 5*

Excellent Stay

The house was very clean and newer construction. The bedding, furniture and finished were excellent. Owner was very easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked. Close to everything in Gainesville, but the immediate location around the house wasn’t great. It wasn’t a problem though and I would stay there again. Very good value for the price.

2 day getaway

This property is ideally located away from the busiest areas but close enough to be convenient to UF. We were in town to attend a recent football game with our daughters. It was clear from the start that the hosts Amber, Elliott and family wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful to have our own space, rather than a busy hotel. I would highly recommend to families or couples.

Quick but perfect

2nd stay at this property and it did not disappoint. We were up for my son's graduation. We were able to walk to restaurants and park easily (one spot in driveway-one on street). Every detail was thoughtful--cold drinks in the refrig, snacks on the counter, fresh flowers on the table, diffuser on upon arrival. You can tell the owner really cares about his guests' stay. We loved it. The beds were comfy, house was clean, decorations were unique and well done and we felt very at home. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Attention to detail & super clean

Royal Crane had so much attention to detail with great decorations and lots of extra items that made the stay more pleasant (extra lighting, extra blankets, sound machines, earplugs and fragrant soap/shampoo/conditioner). We did not cook, however there were ample supplies to cook a full family meal. Super clean!! Host responded immediately to questions and even called to Confirm early check-in was available. We will be renting here again on our next trip to see our son at UF.
