We really enjoyed our stay at James & Toni's residence. They were very. attentive to our requests and kept in touch to see if there was anything we would need. The view from the south & north patios was spectacular. Furnishings were very comfortable and made our stay very relaxful. Would love to stay there again.

Three Month Stay was fantastic

We enjoyed our stay at James and Toni's condo for Feb, Mar. and Apr. James and Toni were extremely responsive to all our needs. One morning around 7am the microwave quit. I texted James and he had his handy man pick a new microwave and got it installed before noon!! The front courtyard is sunny and secluded. A great place to unwind by the firepit in the evening. The back patio looks out on the golf course and is a great place out of the sun for meals. The hall bathroom was nicely remodeled and we greatly appreciated the added water filter in the kitchen. We had everything we need for a great 3 month stay!!

Wonderful 3 month stay in the Desert!!!

We spent three months at this condo and enjoyed it thoroughly. We prepared most of our meals there and found the kitchen to be well stocked with the basic utensils that we needed. There is a lovely courtyard in the front with a nice gas grill, a firepit, water feature and comfortable furniture. The back of the unit faces the golf course and is lovely for al fresco dining or just enjoying the beautiful mountain views. Toni and Jim were great to work with and very responsive in their communication with us. Off the master bathroom there is a large closet with lots of built ins to accommodate clothing, we didn’t even use the dresser in the bedroom. We were able to golf at Sunrise Country Club and attend lots of fun activities there. We highly recommend this unit and plan to stay there again in the future!

Outstanding Getaway!!

Delightful condo with great location and owner very helpful to work with. If you play golf, this is heaven since it is located right on the golf course. Very peaceful and comfortable surroundings. The pool is quiet and just a step or two away. The location in Sunrise is perfect not only to the Clubhouse, but all the other wonderful places to explore while staying there. Condo is very well furnished with everything you might need. We definitely would go back. One of our very favorite places to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and things to do. Do not pass this one up if you are headed to the Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage area, you will not be disappointed. Five stars from us!
