Why they chose this property
Caloosahatchee is a residential area along the Caloosahatchee River, popular for boating, fishing, and dining. It's home to Yacht Club Community Park, with a marina, fishing pier, and large public beach. It's a well established area and very close to just about anything you could possibly want to do in SWFL.
What makes this property unique
Our house was built in 1961 just after Cape Coral was founded as the "Waterfront Wonderland". It was completely remodeled after Hurricane Ian, so we aimed to keep some retro charm while also offering updated amenities. Our goal is to provide a colorful, fun, and tropical space for you :)
