Experience minimalist living in a Tiny House on wheels with a Farm Charm. It is 220 Sq ft of living space with a full bath, kitchen, living room and bedroom all on the same floor. It is adjacent to our single family home with a fence for privacy. There is a shared entrance and shared parking with other guests.

It is located 15 minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain! The Tiny House offers several amenities, appliances, furniture, and is in close proximity to shopping centers, parks, and amazing running trails! The hosts have designed a perfect space for single travelers or couples.


The property is smoke free, clean and located about 7 minutes from the freeway in a quiet community overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley!

There is a shared entrance and shared parking in the driveway. The areas shown in the pictures are private and only used by Tiny Farmhouse guests.

We love socializing with guests but also value their privacy.

Our quiet neighborhood is fairly safe and quiet. This is a respectable community that cares about its neighbors.

A car would be best but you can also uber to nearby restaurants and such.
No parties or events whatsoever. We have a ring security camera set at the parking entrance. ONLY 2 guests are allowed at this listing. No exceptions.

Please only flush toilet paper. This is a recreational vehicle with limited plumbing capabilities.
