Beautiful Setting in Cardinal Lake,walk to the sandy beach & pool
Property is located in a Audubon area for its beautiful birds, Lake is for fishing and canoeing and play on the beach, plus sit on sunset deck to watch beautiful sunsets. Pool has diving boards and lifeguard. Kids playground, its located 2 blocks from the house. My property has a lot of trees for cool shade. Homes here are listed for 500K and up.. The apt has tiled floor and beautiful kitchen. Has washer, dryer and walk in closet. Park your vehicle under carport with a separate driveway. All utilities included. Charming quiet place.
