Only minutes away from Chic boutiques, restaurants and bars of Seminyak, Oberoi and Pettitinget. Close to the excitement of Bali yet far enough away to enjoy what Bali has to offer.
This villa is large enough to comfortably accommodate two families, large groups or couples wanting extra space. Sharing the costs makes this very affordable accommodation while having all the comforts of a 5 star hotel without the price tag or extra hidden costs.

For peace of mind if you have small children who cannot swim we can organise a temporary pool fence during you stay. This is available at a small extra fee.

The 5th room is a TV/kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large couch for chilling out and watching TV or a movie. The kids will love this room while the adults can enjoy some quiet time lazing around the pool or on the 2 large day beds.

Great Stay.

Beautiful Villa, presented well. Small issue with rooms on arrival, however it was quickly sorted by the villas friendly staff. We had a fantastic time and the kids had a blast in the private pool. Location was great, quiet and not far from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Would recommend this Villa. The host is great, and very responsive to communication.

Spacious Villa in an up and coming area

We were a large group of 10 and had plenty of space in the property. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Plenty of dining options only a short walk from the villa and it was lovely to have our breakfast cooked at the Villa each morning. Thank you Billy and staff

Tropical Oasis

Retreat down a long, quiet driveway to this oasis from Bali traffic and tropical heat. Enjoy the large living and dining space, the air conditioned bedrooms, the breakfasts cooked to order, the friendly drivers and cars for rent, the hot and cold water dispenser, the refreshing pool and the nearby couple of restaurants. Free laundry service was a nice touch. The house is a bit isolated if you are hoping just to walk out and shop along a busy street, but the quiet and security of this place are valuable assets.

Overall great stay, very spacious villa. Had friends staying in next villa so we would go between the two. Unfortunately weather wasn’t great but it didn’t stop the fun. Staff are amazing, not only cooking breakfast and dinner (one night )but taking us on day trips to Ubud and into Kuta and Seminyak. Always came back to a lovely clean villa. Thank you to all the amazing staff over our week long stay.

A luxurious villa in Seminyak - set in peaceful surroundings, with great local eateries. But also

A luxurious villa in Seminyak - set in peaceful surroundings, with great local eateries. But also only a short taxi drive to the local beaches, great restaurants/beach clubs and shopping. The staff were so accomodating and met our every need. A cooked breakfast every morning! and on request they cooked two evening meals of traditional cuisine. Pool and garden, laundry and house keeping attended to daily! We loved the pool and the private TV room. Thank you to the owner who even let us stay longer than usual checkout time as we had a late flight home.

wonderful experience . right from the stretch , Rebecca are very prompt with her response . helping us to arrange for transport as well. Villa is neat and tidy. The concept of a room with 2 double decker bed is really a good idea. The kids have extreme fun in their own room with their own privacy. Almost everyday enjoying themselves with pillow battle . Staff are very attentive and extremely friendly always with smile on their face . Would recommend this villa to all. especially families. you won regret of your choice.
