Convenient, clean and comfortable

This property is convenient to the slopes, hiking and mountain biking which was important for our stay. The complex has a very nice pool and hot tub area that is just a short walk from the unit. The unit itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building was also very quiet. At this price point it is a very nice unit and I would stay again.

February 2020 Stay

We had a great trip and experienced the big snow dump of Feb. The condo is exactly as advertised. The shuttle service was very efficient even the the storm. Should let guests know that it is fair distance to walk to the pool and hot tub.

Dated, but just fine

Certainly no luxury 5-star condo, but perfect for folks who are in Steamboat to recreate all day and just have a place to sleep!

Outdated not ski in ski out

This is not ski in ski out for downhill skiers. For cross country skiing it would be fine, but we ended up having to walk while carrying gear for uphill portions of trail (uphill in different parts both directions). Garbage disposal? Smelled despite us trying to flush it clean it. Decor is outdated. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, an adult can't sleep on that collapsed mattress. We ran out of hot shower water after the second shower which i was surprised about. Shuttle service was excellent, friendly, and timely. Overall feel like we were ripped based on the amenities.
