These condominiums are located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Great location but property is old. Elevator didn't work so had to carry all gear down many flights of steps.

Great value for the price

The unit was reasonably clean. The carpet could have been vacuumed a bit better. This could have been due them being short staffed the day I checked into the unit--the unit was not ready when I arrived at 4:00 and I had to wait about an hour until it was ready. The smoke detector had been bumped and was not mounted as normal, and one of the shower doors was missing a roller. Also, the ceiling in the bathroom was considerably lower than the rest of the unit, and I kept hitting the fan cover when I combed my hair. Not major issues, but just enough to notice. Overall, the unit looked to be in its original state (i.e. it had not been updated in probably 40 years). The unit is heated with floor heaters, and it took a couple of nights to get the temperature right, as there was no thermostat with a thermometer on it--you just guessed where in the "comfort zone" you thought would be good. But, unless you are looking to entertain to impress, it sufficed as a place to eat, sleep and easily get into if you need to grab lunch or add/shed some clothing. The location was very good, though. Walked out of the building on the ground floor, then walked about 50 yards up to the slope to ski down to the Christie lift and gondola. Coming back, skied right up to the door. So, for convenience to the slopes, it gets an "A." Overall, for just one or two people--it was a one-bedroom unit--and considering its location, it was a great value. If you have more than two people, I would suggest a larger unit.

Good location

This was a good location for easy access to the slopes. The place was clean and had the things you need. The heat works good, ok views, hot tub was good, didn’t true the sauna, the bed was good. Good ski storage. The place was dated but worked for us.

Excellent locale ski in and out. Not much in the way of cooking supplies- spices, foil, baggies and the like was the only short side.

My reservation was changed at the last minute due to what was described as water damage to the original unit I rented as I was already in transit I was unable to see what the condition of the new rental was. The unit was very old and never updated. It was snowing and the fireplace did not work. The heat was difficult to adjust. The mattress on the sofa bed had holes in it

Ski in/ski out super convenient and easy. Short walk to the village for dinner/etc as well. Parking can be difficult in the small strip of a lot, but that just depends on time or day. Once the mountain has closed the lifts and before people get back from dinner is prime Great working hot tub, comfortable bed, super friendly locals
