The main level has the living room, kitchen and half bath with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. There is nice wood laminate flooring throughout the living area, dining area and half bath. The main level half bath has been updated with granite counter top and an under mounted sink. There is seating for four at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace.

Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property.
