This single-level, 3,000 sq. ft. home features one of the island’s best private heated pools, a fully fenced backyard, dual kitchens, and more space than you’d ever expect from the street.

Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and an oversized living room with smart TV and open flow into the dining area and kitchen. A bonus coffee and cocktail bar adds charm, while the second kitchen near the bunk rooms makes this home a favorite for larger groups, long stays, or multigenerational getaways.

Located just 0.8 miles from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to the Village and Pier, Beach Crew Cottage puts you in the heart of St. Simons while giving you privacy, space, and effortless comfort.

Wonderful

The house is beautiful with some cute quirks. The pool was fantastic and we loved the fenced in backyard! The neighborhood is so beautiful and close to everything you could want or need.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. The rental was exception and the pool was great with the exception of having to shock the pool and the light not in place. The kids were disappointed that they could not swim for a couple of hours during the wait time. For the most part the beds were comfortable except for one of the queen beds.

Nice older home.

Overall experience was really good. The entry door definitely needs a threshold replaced,but once you go further into home it is really nice and feels really homely and comfortable. The covered back deck with seating was really nice with enclosed outdoor shower over looking the really nice and large inground pool. Would definitely stay again.

plenty of room

traveling with my children and grandchildren, this home offered plenty of room for all and had many extras, like toys, highchair, and a crib for my youngest grandchild. we were very happy with the location, just a short drive or bike ride from town and the beach. the pool and patio area was large and offered a great place for the kids to play when we were not in town or at the beach; we would easily choose to come back here in the future.

Perfect family vacation home

This property is SO worth the money! Plenty of room for family to be together or spread out. Tv in the kids room was a nice touch. We stayed during the coldest weekend in 10 years and throughly enjoyed the heated pool. This property has two full size refrigerators which came in handy to put sodas, etc all in one of them. Love the soaking tub in the master bathroom.

We had a great stay at this home! Our group had 6 adults and young children (3 and under). There was plenty of space for us all. The pool, deck, beach gear, toys and games were all perfect and very appreciated. This home has been the most well accommodated of the rentals we’ve stayed in. Thanks for a great week!

Everything they advertised!

All we have to say, is we didn't have to bring anything besides clothes. The home was stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. It was a wonderful experience, and we wish that every rental was intune with their renters needs.

Family getaway

We had a great getaway with our grown children at St Simons. They house was fun, plenty of room and well stocked. It was great having the extra fridge! The pool was really nice! Maybe a few updates should be made in outdoor toys (or removed) and appliances. Lighthouse was outstanding at quickly responding with questions. We would rent this house again.

Just what we needed!

We had a very relaxing vacation at this house, and as always we love our visits to St. Simons. We felt right at home, and there were 5 of us so we had more than enough room to spread out. The property management company was great in our dealings with them. Overall a wonderful trip and house!

Beautiful Place

Kings Terrace is a beautiful house. I stayed there with 8 or my friends for a birthday trip. We had amazing weather! The layout of the house was very strange but we were intrigued by it! We lived out on the back porch. The TV, outdoor seating and the string lights made for the perfect place for relaxing! The only thing was the pool seemed to be a little green. I contacted the people in charge and they said that the pool was properly serviced. All in all, I would stay here again!

Great place!

Our family of four had a fantastic time here! We especially loved the heated pool and the large shaded deck. The whole house was very comfortable and clean. The house was very spacious and could easily accommodate a lot more people than we had. The management company was always quick to respond and easy to deal with. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Spring break in Georgia!

This property was lovely! The pool was very nice although we were charged $10 more per day to heat than was stated on the website which was frustrating. Home was very well stocked with everything needed including some basic staple (spices, coffee). I would suggest that for the amount of people that this property accommodates there needs to be larger mixing bowls and extra cooking utensils and more storage containers. Property manager Jonathan was excellent. Overall, this was a great property and we would highly recommend.

Great Time!

From the time we made our reservation, the host was there to answer all of our questions prior to arriving. The house had just enough room for all of us, it had all of the things that we needed to cook with. The pool and back deck was amazing! It was a short drive to the pier; you could even walk if you wanted to. I’d definitely stay there again.
