Very clean and pleasant neighborhood. Great communication and easy checking in and out. Living room furniture is not very comfortable but overall a great place to stay with family and friends.

The house was clean and well stocked with all kitchen items. I wouldn't advertise it as sleeping 8, there are two futons but they are very small and extremely uncomfortable. Maybe for a child but even then you would need a mattress pad. The host was very accommodating and provided a cot for our extra quest on the second day. The host was also fast to respond to any queries we had. I would also not describe this as close to town. Anywhere we went it took us 20-30 minutes to get there...but it was a scenic drive! The house is in a busy neighborhood but it was quiet. In all our visit was very nice and the host was very nice and answered fast.
