The House:
You'll have a multimillion dollar view for a fraction of the price, from any room in the condo. Just four miles from Santa Monica, and Malibu Colony this luxury condo is the perfect location and alternative to a hotel. SMALL dog friendly but ask in advance. Also please provide a photo ID when booking.
House rules:
No parties are allowed. $300 per incident per day fee will be assessed for extra cleaning, unauthorized pets, unauthorized guests, smoking, key loss or locking yourself out. Noise complaints or tampering with the Ring or noise monitor will result in immediate reservation cancelation and loss of security deposit. Late check out/check in prorated.
Guest access:
Full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, massive balcony with day bed, unlimited free parking. Master suite has private, enclosed bathroom. Have paddle boards for rent.

Malibu Oasis

The host was wonderful in preparing us for a great experience in Malibu. Along with a tidy property with beautiful view, he provided great recommendations of area activities and dining.

Why they chose this property

It's just far enough into the serenity of Malibu without being too far from all the shops and restaurants of Santa Monica and Venice. It's a perfect balance.

What makes this property unique

The design aesthetic for me was to create a tropical yet luxurious lounge. An oasis from the city highlighted by the million dollar view of the Pacific. Furniture is sourced from Indonesia while the kitchen is all Williams and Sonoma with new LG appliances.
