I have a convenient self check-in system in place so you can arrive anytime after your scheduled check-in time and access the apartment by yourself.
I send you the detailed instructions a full day prior to your date of arrival so you have the time to read, understand and ask any questions you may have.
As my guest you are welcome to utilize any and all of the sophisticated and modern appliances in my newly renovated apartment.

If you wish to arrive outside my Check-in window, that is okay, but check your instructions and ask any questions ahead of time. I am always happy to help.
I send you the detailed instructions a full day prior to your date of arrival so you have the time to read, understand and ask any questions you may have.
-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible but fast replies are not guaranteed. Maybe I am sleeping after midnight. Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. If you plan to arrive outside the check-in window you are responsible to follow ahead of time.
-If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient solution arranged for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests.
-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
-Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of the city and construction as the apartment is located in the downtown city center. If there is expected construction noise, I always adjust my prices to reflect the same (so you might grab a great discount in these cases).
-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property in very rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of civic inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always notify guests in advance to the best of my abilities.
Please enjoy your visit to my apartment with comfort and relaxation as the main focus. It is important that all guests are aware of this expectation and Airbnb Policies and the following rules. Kindly share these with all guests, my goal is for you to have a fantastic and stress-free experience.
⋆NO SMOKING⋆
No smoking inside the building, anywhere. Outdoors only.
⋆SECURITY CHECK⋆
In rare cases, if there are any security flags with your reservation I may require we speak on the phone ahead of arrival or that you present your ID upon arrival. I will of course notify you right away in these rare cases.
⋆NO PARTIES⋆
Parties are not allowed. The apartment is not a replacement for a bar or club. Any signs of a party will result in your immediate removal, without refund, and you are responsible for cost of security or extra cleaning service required.
If you want to host a party, ask me. I know hosts with listings specific for parties and small events.
⋆NOISE COMPLAINTS⋆
There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment. Quiet hours must be respected. If there are issues from your group you will be removed, no refunds.
⋆UNDECLARED GUEST⋆
All people coming to the property, including short visits, must be declared in your reservation’s Number of Guests.
⋆CHECK-OUT TIME⋆
If you are late to follow your scheduled Check-out time you will be charged to pay the Housekeeper Service’s while they are waiting on you. It is 65$ per hour.
⋆NO ANIMALS⋆
No animals are permitted, because this is an important health issue for me. For health reasons this is a rule without compromise.
⋆CLEANLINESS⋆
The included cleaning fee is to clean after expected use of the apartment. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms and I ask kindly, please take of shoes at the door. Don’t leave trash around.
⋆DAMAGES⋆
Please care for my things while you are my guest. You are responsible to return the property and all furnishing in the condition of when you arrived.
⋆KEEP WINDOWS & DOORS CLOSED/LOCKED⋆
Windows and doors should be closed & locked at all times. Please always check windows and door(s) when you leave.
Winter & Rain: Do not open the windows for more than 5 minutes as the low temperature can cause major damage quickly. Do not let rain into the apartment.
⋆MAIL & PACKAGES⋆
I do not share my personal Mailbox. If you are expecting to receive any parcel or letter I do have options to share with you. Let me know in advance and we can make the arrangements.
⋆ LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES⋆
I provide basic supplies for your first week so you can get settled. For longer reservations, if you run out you should buy more of these items for yourself. (Ask about extra cleaning services)
⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS⋆
The building management has the right to access the property in case of emergencies, urgent repairs, or required inspections. Of course only in the case of these emergencies. Similarly I have the right to access the unit for important repairs or urgent maintenance, of course, you are notified ahead of time, this is very rare.
