This amazing stilt home is brand new and ready for you! Downstairs is a private pool, multiple sitting areas, bar, TV, grill and half bath. You could spend the day with family cooking, swimming and watching your favorite sporting event. Upstairs is an open living room/ kitchen/ dining area. The master bedroom has a King size bed and an ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms just down the hall share the second bath. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom two sets of twin size bunk beds. Located downtown it is easy to take a walk to the waterfront, marina, shops and restaurants.

Great Family Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outdoor space is amazing! The house is beautiful, coastal and comfy. Props for having a fully stocked kitchen w ample dishware and many serving pieces. The only thing that was a issue, propane tanks were not on the property for the grill or firepit, a quick call and one was provided. Highly recommend this spot. Our family enjoyed it for our Easter vacation.

Wonderful vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was super clean with all the amenities you need. The kitchen is stocked with fun and cute cups and kitchen wear. The house is spot on with decor. Probably the best decorated houe we have stayed in. We didn't end up using the pool but that whole area is set up perfectly. Very easy to find and a view of the water. We would definitely stay here again.
