Please be advised that Watercrest will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from late-December to early-February.
• The pool and hot tub will be closed mid-November through early-February.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.

Beautiful Condo on the Gulf

Beautiful home away from home

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our family! We had cooler weather so we enjoyed the games in the room. The room also has everything you could need for the beach. Chairs, coolers, sand toys and so much more! Such amazing views from the master and baloney. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Perfect Stay

Thank you for sharing your condo with us, it was absolutely perfect. Our lives are so busy but there was no way we couldn't relax here. The bunk beds was wonderful for the kids and the 2 master suites was amazing as well. The balcony view amazing. The closet filled with beach toys, chairs and umbrella a great surprise. The kitchen had everything you could think of and the place was very very clean. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you

Amazing views and easy access to the beach! Good communication with property manager. Some issues with the appliances.. dishwasher not cleaning the dishes well at all and finding dirty dishes in the cabinets and fridge not being able to keep up to keep things cold. Additionally, AC was out for 24hrs+ and required multiple repair visits to try to bandaid the problem. A 5% discount was provided for our discomfort but price we paid was too much for a condo with such outdated appliances and AC unit and all the issues that came with that.

Perfect condo for families

This condo is perfectly set up for families. While it was just me and my husband traveling this time, we appreciated how the owners have thought of things to have available such as toys for kids, well stocked kitchen, etc. The only issues we had were not related to the condo itself.1- When we arrived, the AC was not running and the condo was 84 degrees! Took all night to get cooled down. 2- The parking pass program needs major work! We were familiar with the way the program worked because we had stayed at Watercrest earlier in May. Long story short, we were erroneously given a parking violation which security tore up after we provided proof of our purchase. We were not the only ones this happened to! Owners really need to get this program fixed or it may cost them with return rentals. I heard several ppl say they would not be back because of this alone! While I appreciate the property being patrolled, security seems over zealous to hand out these violations.

Great Space to Relax & Unwind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a fantastic place for all of us to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together as friends. With 5 of us, the 2 master bedrooms and bunk room made it feel like we all had our own private oasis. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. The condo was decorated very nicely and had lots of space to spread out. Although I understand why some condos don’t do spices, tea, coffee, coffee filters, etc. it would be nice to have some of these basic “extras” so that people don’t have to buy them every time. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils & such. We ran into some cleaning issues (dust and dirt build up in areas that just need to be cleaned better over time), but all in all it didn’t bug us enough to make a big deal out of it. Everything else seemed very clean and well kept. On our final day / evening at the condo we had a massive rain storm come through which caused a leak under the bedroom window, but we made contact with Blue Swell the next morning to have maintenance look into it once we had left. Another suggestion to the owners / management group is to check batteries in remotes more frequently. We had to replace batteries in a few remotes, and by the end of the vacation nearly all of them were dead (again, not a major issue and only a small inconvenience that didn’t ruin the trip or anything). Blue Swell did an amazing job at keeping in touch with us, wishing us a safe trip down to Florida and again the morning that we left wishing us a safe trip home. We will definitely be back next year!
