We had a nice stay overall. The view from the condo was wonderful, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants on Flagler Avenue. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The only downsides were a strange smell in the room and bathroom fans that weren’t working, which would have improved comfort. Aside from that, we enjoyed the convenience and the beautiful view.

That’s certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. We are addressing these items with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are fully resolved for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable stay next time. - The Casago NSB Team
