This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has a separate WC and is 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes from the Seine, and 5 minutes from the Champs de Mars.

Located in the heart of the Beaugrenelle district - one of the historic areas of Paris, the apartment is close to cafes, patisseries, markets, and shopping. The La Motte Picquet Grenelle Metro is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. You’ll appreciate the location, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, atmosphere, and friendly people.

Our lovely apartment is fully renovated and tastefully decorated with all the amenities individuals, couples, business travelers, or families will need. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. There is a café table for two in the kitchen and a dining table for up to 4 guests in the dining room. The spacious living room is comfortable and has a view of the courtyard.

Our new bathroom has double sinks with a separate shower and a separate bathtub. The one toilet is located in its own WC. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and chaise and is quite spacious and comfortable. Our second bedroom is located just off the living room. It has a queen bed and a built-in desk. While this bedroom doesn’t have windows to the outside, it does have a window into the living area. There are curtains for privacy.

Having two entrances in the apartment is convenient. One entry is off the courtyard and has a short flight of stairs into the living room. The second entrance is in the primary bedroom and is on level, so there are no stairs to access the apartment.
