Stroll through historic streets leading to the Seine, Saint-Germain, Montparnasse, the Louvre, and the iconic Notre-Dame — all within walking distance. Perfect for those seeking a few enchanting days in one of the world’s most beloved cities.

The apartment features a main living room on the ground floor (215 sq ft) and a mezzanine upstairs with two very comfortable bedrooms (ceiling height 1.70 m / 5'6" — mind your head if you’re tall!).

Blackout curtains ensure complete darkness for a peaceful sleep without being disturbed by daylight.

Quiet and well-equipped, the apartment includes a TV, ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, a Nespresso machine (capsules included), an oven/microwave, and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals at home.

⚠️ Important note about the building: The building is currently undergoing major renovation work with scaffolding both inside and outside. Work takes place Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the apartment is completely quiet on weekends and after 4 p.m. on Fridays. Prices have been reduced accordingly to reflect these temporary conditions.

Quaint little place in a perfect location for exploring the city! Close to Metro stops, the Catacombs, Notre Dame and the Luxembourg gardens. Archibald was very responsive with questions answer had a wonderful stay.

Cozy stay in bustling Montparnasse

I've stayed a couple different places in Paris and found I like the feel of the Montparnasse neighborhood. We loved this place. It was clean and comfy for two couples, and easy walking distance to anything. The host was easy to connect with and extremely friendly. Would stay here again in a heat beat.

This apartment was the perfect little place for our week in Paris. We had just what we needed- a little kitchenette, 2 separate sleeping nooks, a work space, an expandable table, a little love seat and a great shower. (And the ever important washer/dryer). The apartment is very private and quiet right off a courtyard near the Luxembourg Gardens. It felt very safe and had a walkable neighborhood. There is a place where you can buy fresh bread and pastries within 2 blocks, and a grocery store as well. The metro is less than 5 minute walk and is a gateway to the entire city. Our host was a true gem- incredibly helpful and accommodating. (I would warn that the veiling space in the bathroom and loft rooms is very low. We are all short- less than 5’5” so this wasn’t an issue and we loved it! If we get to come back to Paris, I would definitely stay here again!

Rendezvous in Paris

I did not carefully research the size of this property when I booked months ahead. Turned out it was too small for four adults, two of which were six feet or taller. Even I hit my head a couple times entering the bedroom at 5'6.The two bedroom, two bath was appealing to us, as we were traveling with another couple. Turned out that one of the bedrooms only had a twin bed. A disappointment to say the least. The two bathrooms were one the commode and the other a shower plus sink. It was tricky sharing this with 4 adults.The location was perfect for our walking adventures, as we saw many of Paris's museums and lots of city life getting there.Archibald was creative with the check-in process, using a video showing all the steps. Worked well.

Summer vacation in Paris

Archibald is a Super Host. He made sure that our checking and stay in the apartment was easy and comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located in zone 1 in a safe and cozy neighborhood. It's an adaptation from a first floor utility room with tall ceiling converted to a loft apartment-studio. For that reason the 2 rooms where the beds are located are very small with extremely low ceilings. My teenage daughter liked it because it felt like little cave but my husband hated it and refused to climb the tiny stairs. He slept on a convertible tiny sofa or rather a one person seat. Overall, it's a perfect place for young people on a trip to Paris and not so much for adults that are used to space and comfort.

Great for a short stay!

The location was extremely convenient for navigating the city via the metro, and the host was very helpful resolving any issues we had. The apartment and its building are charming, just be aware that it is on the small side and that the lofted bedrooms have low ceilings.

Great cozy unit in quiet neighborhood

Nice small unit. Well equipped. Very French feeling, courtyard building. The ceilings on the second level are only about 5 feet, ten inches so tall people will need to duck.

Fantastic Stay in Paris - Highly Recommend

We loved our stay in Paris! The host was super attentive, greeting us warmly on the first day and seeing us off on the last. The apartment was perfect for our needs, offering three beds which was difficult to find elsewhere. The lock box was a great convenience for secure storage. Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. Five stars!
