About this property

First class resort style condominium with fabulous amenities located directly on the powder white sands of Clearwater Beach in a fantastic location within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, shopping, Pier 60, and just 18 miles to Tampa International Airport and St. Petersburg. Enjoy spectacular sunsets daily poolside or from the hot tub overlooking the beach, beautiful clubhouse with full kitchen, bar, TVs, card tables and work station with computer, fully equipped gym with showers and saunas in the dressing rooms, billiards tables, grilling station for guests use, garage parking and staffed and gated entry for security. The unit is beautifully furnished in tasteful tropical decor with all linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and more. This is a unit condo in that it has 2 balconies, one overlooking Clearwater Beach and amazing sunsets and the other overlooking the bay with gorgeous sunrise views. Open May 2024 forward! 30 day minimum rental. Rates increase for Jan-Apr.
