I stayed here for almost 3 months and I had a great experience. The location of the apartment is great, the owner is chill and easy to talk to and everything you need is right outside. I highly recommend anyone staying in Pattaya for some time to rent this apartment. Additionally if you’re staying for over 2 months and need a visa extension, the owner of the apartment provides everything you need to make this process smooth and easy. Also the immigration office is a 5min drive from the apartment.

It was a perfect unit

The room was a little small at 26, but it was fine for one person.The room got sunlight in the morning and was in the shade in the afternoon.For laundry, there was a coin laundry a 3-minute motorbike ride away.There was a sauna on site.However, the men's room was under maintenance, but I was able to use the women's.The view from the balcony had a good view of the pool.Since we were on the sixth floor, there were hardly any mosquitoes.Once the light almost went out, but they replaced it quickly.
