This 2 BR/ 2.5 BA end-unit townhome offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. Large picture windows in the first floor allow views of the coastline for miles. The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for 4, dining table for 6, and living area with a large sectional sofa. The sectional opens up to a queen sleeper. Gather around for a movie or sports game with the 42" smart tv with cable. Two beachfront balconies with views of the Gulf.

Upstairs, the primary suite is waiting for you with a king-size bed, casual furnishings, ensuite bathroom, 40" flat screen TV with cable, and access to the beachfront balcony. This master suite has an ensuite bathroom with large closets and a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom featuring two queen-size beds, nautical décor, large dresser, a 32" flat screen TV with cable and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub with shower combination that can be accessed directly from the bedroom or hallway. Two twin rollaway beds located in the primary bedroom closet are available, bringing the total number of sleeping accommodations to 10.

Step out to one of two private balconies to enjoy your morning coffee, with the sounds of the surf, or watch the sunset at the end of the day. Grill your steaks or seafood on the propane grill located just outside the kitchen area.

Quiet Surf II is centrally located along Scenic Gulf Drive. This townhome is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Both Captain Dave's Seafood Restaurant and Kenny D's Beach Bar & Grill are just steps away.

This townhome is available for extended monthly stays during winter. If you need additional space, we do manage Quiet Surf # 1 as well!
