The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, small families, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

The upstairs unit is usually rented separately, but you can book the entire house for larger groups and a more private stay.

LIVING ROOM
Adjacent to the kitchenette, unwind in the cozy living room after a day's adventure. Relax on the comfortable sofa, which doubles as a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Both the living room and bedroom feature fresh linens for a comfortable stay, where you can kick back, watch your favorite shows, or simply enjoy the welcoming ambiance.

KITCHENETTE
Enter the inviting kitchenette, fully equipped with an induction cooktop, cookware, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates, bowls, microwave, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee maker for a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience.

BEDROOM
Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a Smart TV for relaxation. Fresh linens are provided for your comfort throughout your stay.

BATHROOM
Pamper yourself in the well-stocked bathroom, complete with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Feminine products and face wipes are also provided for your convenience, ensuring you have all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

WALKOUT PATIO
Step outside onto our walkout patio, where you can gather around the firepit and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire private garden-level basement unit, providing you with a secluded and comfortable retreat. Please note that the upstairs unit is typically rented separately; however, for larger groups seeking additional privacy, the entire house can be booked. It's important to mention that when the upstairs unit is booked, there may be some minimal noise from above.

The Neighborhood:
Monument is not only an oasis right on the outskirts of Colorado Springs, but also has cute coffee shops, small shopping areas in the heart of Monument, and is just so peaceful and serene. It has easy access to all that the Springs has to offer too, including downtown, the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and more. Its about a 30-minute drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
