Wonderful place

We had such a delightful time here. The facilities had plenty of space and toys and entertainment for my family and the host family was a treat. Close proximity to Colorado Springs and Denver attractions. We would definitely come again!!

Great location, family friendly

We loved the location of this rental and the fact that it was so family friendly! Our kids enjoyed the activities provided and the outdoor space to play. The unit was very clean! The kitchen is just a wet bar area with a microwave and some cooking equipment is provided but it’s such a poor setup with very limited supplies that cooking meals is very difficult (microwave is provided but no glass dishes to cook in, coffee maker is only a French press maker). If you plan to do much cooking, this would not be a good rental for you. The outdoor grill is in poor condition and no charcoal grilling supplies are provided so we had to go purchase items and utensils to cook dinner. The hot tub is nice and hot but we turned on the jets and lots of sand and debris kept floating up. Seems like it needs to be cleaned better. The listing says it sleeps 6 but they are counting on two people sleeping on the couch. We didn’t see pillows or bedding for those two people. Fortunately we brought our own air mattress, pillows and bedding for two of our kids. With a little TLC, this could be an awesome rental!

Home away from home

This was the best vacation house we could have asked for. It felt so homey and comfortable, and in a stellar location. The hammocks were wonderful (I fell asleep for an hour or so one morning), the hot tub hot, and the accomodations comfortable. Neither my husband or I were disappointed with anything.
