This was the PERFECT home base for our week of USAFA graduation and a wedding! Our family with young adults had plenty of space to gather without feeling piled on top of one another, and there was also ample space to spread out for some alone time. We made good use of the game room and the fun games and puzzles in the closet. Location was perfect as well - close enough to USAFA but not in a traffic-heavy area. Also enjoyed the trail nearby for a perfect morning walk with beautiful views (see photos). Kyle is hosting a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home away from home.

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to Monument again.

Property was very clean and the amenities were great also. I will just note that if you have arthritis or bad knees, there are a lot of stairs to climb. No bedroom on the main floor, all are on the 3rd floor. I did not think about that when booking the property. The location was great for the event and family we came to see.

Thank you for staying with us, Jodell, and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the amenities, and our convenient location for visiting family and attending your event. We also appreciate you mentioning the stairs, as it may help future guests. Our listing does note that the home is a three-story townhome with all bedrooms located on the third floor, so guests with mobility concerns can make an informed decision before booking. We’re glad the home matched your expectations otherwise and hope you’ll consider staying with us again if your travels bring you back to the area.

Between the game room in the basement, the setup and care of the property, and the cookie dough in the fridge, it's clear Kyle thought of everything! It was the perfect location to be close to the Academy at a VERY affordable price.
