Private, immaculately maintained 3 Bedroom 2 bath Waterfront Home. Enjoy the 14' x 14' Tiki Hut overlooking 2 canals with 4 person Hot Tub Jacuzzi , mature tropical landscaping, and nature. Enjoy a 50'' Smart TV, Cable, DVD, Stereo/CD player, WIFI, and 2 ceiling fans. The ultimate family and couples vacation home. Spacious, comfortable furnishings with leather living room furniture, and quality linens, and bedding. Completely tiled interior. Quiet location overlooking Cross Keys deepwater canals that lead to Blackwater Sound Adams Waterway (The Cut), and Largo Sound/Florida Bay. Fish, swim, kayak, and canoe from the 108' concrete dock surrounding the property. 2 Master Bedrooms with queen size beds overlooking the canals and nature, 1 bedroom with trundle beds. Mature heavily landscaped yard with 6' privacy fencing. Over-sized enclosed private roofless outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Just 1.5 miles from the entrance to John Pennekamp State Park and the best fishing and diving in the country. Very relaxing, scenic, and peaceful. Fish, swim, sun, grill, and enjoy the manatees and nature under the Tiki Hut. Launch from the dock, (1) 14' Kayaks for 3 persons (all gear included) and paddle to Blackwater Sound or float through Adams Waterway (The Cut) into Largo Sound/Florida Bay and John Pennekamp State Park. Bring your boat or rent one. We can accommodate up to 45 ft boat.

Key Largo trip

The location is great. Had a wonderful time watching the manatee and Tarpons. Enjoyed just relaxing and enjoying the great weather and scenery. Highly recommend if you want to relax.

A quiet safe neighborhood!

Clean, on the intersection of 2 canals, felt safe walking our dog in the neighborhood, friendly neighbors, nice hot tub, several visits from manatees, saw dolphins in the canals. We especially enjoyed sitting out near the water in the morning. House is comfortable with spacious kitchen, eating area and glassed in family room/bar/living room. We would definitely stay there again!

This is truly paradise!!!

Had great communication through the entire process from booking our last day. There are no words to describe how happy my family was when they saw how beautiful and spacious the house was inside and outside. Very close to many locations and restaurants. This home is a little jewel. From the outside you would think it’s just another keys small home,but inside it is set up for fun and entertaining. The backyard sits on the convergence of four canals so there is a constant boat parade. The owner himself showed up to welcome us the first day. What a great spot!

Best Outdoor Area

My wife and I spent 7 weeks here and we had a wonderful time. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Danny was great to work with and even left a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. Which is perfect for sunbathing boat watching and fishing. I caught quite a few mangrove snapper's, porgy and small barracuda. It is also a great place to watch dolphin manatee and tarpon. We would definitely return.

December in Key Largo!

Very nice location! Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped. Easy check in process. Great communication with the owner from start to finish. Very quick responses. The dogs loved the backyard and it was nice to be able to let them explore in the fenced in area. Backyard had beautiful canal views. Was very relaxing. We had fun watching the Tarpon and Manatees. We had a mother Manatee and her young come right to the edge of the cement on Christmas morning. Would definitly stay here again.

Great location great place as advertised no surprises.

This was a wonderful experience. The photos of the “Paradise Found” are accurate and the property is named appropriately. The waterfront and access to both the bay side and the Atlantic Ocean by boat is amazing. The waterfront is teaming with ocean life, manatees, tarpon etc…. You can just sit and watch the show. Boat docking and mooring couldn’t be any easier. We rented a boat locally and explored the key by water. The property was well stocked with amenities you would need. Clean, comfortable and close to many restaurants and businesses as needed. The owner Danny is a pleasure to deal with and available for communication promptly. We will rent this location again.

I've lived in Miami almost all my life. We love the ocean and tropical weather. I work hard and like to play hard also. We have a large family and we enjoy having parties and having fun at our vacation home.

Why they chose this property

I love the Keys... I always dreamed of having a place here and finally it came true! I have been coming down to this area since I was a kid to stay on the weekends and go fishing. Key Largo is 60 miles away from my home so we go down to our place almost every weekend to enjoy the gifts that the Florida Keys have to offer.

The moment we saw this property we fell in love with it! And you will too! Its in a great location, quiet, friendly neighborhood moments from the Bay and minutes from the Ocean!
