Casa Polanco -Gorgeous Home W/ Salt- Water Pool/Solar Panels Recently remodeled

Casa Polanco is a solar powered, green home. This home has two rooms, a master bedroom with a queen and a twin bed with spacious closet and a second room with a queen and twin size bed. There is a nicely furnished leaving room, dinning room, two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, pots, pans, dishes, utensils ,silverware and coffee maker. The house also has two full bathrooms, two terrace, one with TV and the second one with a dinning table for outdoor meals next to a full outdoor kitchen. in addition, it has a salt water pool with a sun deck to enjoy during the day or at night.

The House has an A/C unit in the living room that also cover the dinning area and kitchen and hallway, plus an a/c unit in each rooms and ceiling fans in many areas of the house, LCD 60 inches flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, Wi-Fi, Washer & Drier, Iron & Board, BBQ Grill and Patio furniture.

If need more accommodation for family groups, there is an apartment next to the house for two additional persons. Please inquire about more information.

The house is located in a very convenient and safe place, five minutes from Rafael Hernandez airport, minutes away from beaches, recreational places, Las Cascada water park, good wide range of restaurants, golf court, convenience store, post office, bowling alley , casino, skate park and much more!

Great home base away from home

Really enjoyed our stay in the Casa Polanco house. Centrally located, clean, with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. We have no complaints about our stay and would definitely use this place again next time we come to the area. Close to airport but airplane noise was not an issue at all. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood.

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful the pictures do not do it justice. Was even decorated for Christmas which was a very nice touch. It is a duplex but with the amazing private back yard you would never know you had neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful and just a 3-5 mun drive to a beach. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. We highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Three friends and I stayed here for a vacation/wedding trip and absolutely loved it. Super close to multiple beaches and a great backyard for when you just want to be outside without being at the beach. Michelle was very easy to communicate with through the app and always willing to help us. The rooms are way bigger than we expected and the beds are very comfortable! All around, I would highly recommend this home.

What a great little find in PR

This house was clean and adorable. We had everything we needed there. Beaches, local grocery, and restaurants / bars are within 10 minutes. There's a wonderful bakery you can walk to for a meal or snack. The people in this area are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back! Thanks for having us.

Beautiful house!

It was a great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed every bit of it . My boys loved the backyard. The beaches are 5 to 7 minutes away from the house. Michelle the owner was great with responding to any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely stay there again on my next vacation. A perfect home away from home!

I highly recommend this rental. Very clean , nice neighborhood and very close to beaches and airport. Everything was exactly as advertised. There were three of us on a surf trip and there was plenty of space . very nice back yard area. The WIFI was a little spotty at times but not a big deal. Mrs Gonzales was very easy to deal with and prompt in returning any questions. We will book this place again next year!

Everything we could have hoped for

The property is clean and in good condition. The owner has decorated it beautifully in a beach theme. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have AC in the bedrooms. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV but we spent all our time on the covered patio which was cool and breezy. The outdoor seating was comfortable and it was nice to have a hammock as well. The modern washer and dryer were much appreciated, as were the beach chairs. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone (except possibly to people with small children because of the many lovely decorative items which would necessitate lots of ¨kid-proofing¨. I am sure there is nothing else comparable available for such a reasonable price.

Great stay!

Clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. Perfect for us. Rules are transparent which made it easy to avoid additional fees. I think the cleaners forgot to include a fresh roll of toilet paper and paper towels. We ran out early on but got more on our own. I would like to see more hosts include a tissue box. I would definitely rent again. We originally planned to have our family of 7 travel together but plans changed. 3 of us traveled. This property is best used for 6 or less (3 to a room). At capacity, there would be no privacy for couples. We were serenaded by coqui's, which I loved. We were also a short drive away from beaches.

Nice House but be mindful of bathrooms

This house was very clean and the location was nice for our stay in Aguadilla. A big part of our booking involved having two bathrooms, one for each couple. While the listing says two bathrooms, what is not mentioned is the second bathroom is more like an outhouse and is not apart of the main house. There is no a/c in said outside bathroom and the water pressure is horrible when the inside house shower is in use-- basically we could not really use this '2nd bath'.There is also only 1 towel/wash cloth provided per guest. This is fine since there were washer and dryers but no laundry detergent is provided. For such little towels, my recommendation to the host would be to at the very least leave two laundry pods per visit. Having to buy an entire bag of laundry detergent to need only one was annoying. There was very limited paper towels and toilet paper provided as well. The A/C does work amazing once you turn it on and the beds/pillows were very comfortable! This was a good stay overall.
