New 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Cudjoe Key with a boat dock right in the backyard canal! Property also includes Keys amenities: backyard tiki hut, paddle boards, bicycles, and kayaks! Dock is fully equipped with a ladder, and cleats to secure your boat! Features a laundry room, kitchen stocked with every appliance you need, barbecue grill downstairs in the "Lobster Lounge". Primary bedroom suite "Captain's Quarters" with private bath and closet! Second bedroom "Banana Bay" with two twin beds, and a trundle bed. Third bedroom "Mermaid's Cove" with a full size bed. Have your morning coffee on the upstairs porch "Turtle Terrace". 28 day minimum stay to ensure a relaxed experience and to fully take in the beauty of the Florida Keys.
Only a short drive to Key West! Walking distance from restaurants, and cafes. Right next door to Venture Out Resort. Every Saturday, Open Air Market at Boondocks a few minutes down the overseas highway. Bahia Honda State Park and Beach just a short drive away. Key Deer habitat nearby!
