Access to plenty of shopping. A quick half hour away shops and amazing restaurants in St. John’s town center. We are also located 20 minutes from additional towns with amazing restaurants.
A 30 minute drive to Jacksonville Beaches and a 40 minute drive to Amelia Island beaches.
BIG PLUS-this home is conveniently located 8 minutes from Jacksonville airport and 10 minutes from the Jacksonville zoo.

This house is so beautifully appointed and is just as advertised! We loved the large kitchen and comfy furniture! The beds are SOOOOO comfortable!

Place was very clean and spacious. Had many extras. Outdoor space is nice addition. Owner is super sweet and responds very quickly to any questions. Also owner gave great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit was very helpful. Overall great stay.

Super Hospitable

Melissa is an incredible host, and her house really gives off a home away from home. The home itself is spacious, enough for me and my five children and it's like she knows if you forgot something, the house is fully stocked with anything from kitchen appliances, to bathroom toiletries. Our host answered many questions, and gave us many ideas on what to do and eat in the areas, and the home has security leaving you extra security (no cameras). We only had one issue our whole seven days, which was promptly handled by our host. Overall very nice stay. P.s the pool was amazing
