The apt has a ceiling fan in three quarters. air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, washing machine, TV Sony 40 ', solar heating in 2 bathrooms, grab bars in the bathroom, porcelain tile floor. All furnished. The apt. sleeps up to 8 people.
3 Mats lined with corino (antiallergic material), leather sofa. 2VGs garage covered and loose. All windows have safety net.
The balcony overlooks the sea (do not see the whole beach because the balcony's side and has building next door). The building is facing the sea. Just down the apt that the beach is in front. No pool.
The sea front is very tame. It is a cove, it is not open sea. Pets NOT allowed.
