Ótima estadia, apartamento bom, quarto aconchegante. O que nós incomodou foi a mudança feita no praia center sobre a entrada do hóspede, para abrir a portaria tinha que falar onde estava hospedado , nome e CPF , toda vez que entrava,muito cansativo. Seria melhor optar pelo sistema de biometria .

Excelente localização, imóvel bem grande e arejado, conforme descrito. A internet disponibilizada pelo proprietário e horrível.Na verdade eles usam um roteador que pega o sinal wi-fi de outro apartamento, ou seja, não funcionava. O técnico foi duas vezes no apartamento e não resolveu o problema. Quem alugar contando com internet para alguma coisa, desiste pois proprietario diz que e cortesia. Então não se pode reclamar. Uma pena pq a internet hj em dia se tornou algo fundamental!

O colchão de casal de um dos quartos deveria ser trocado, pois o cheiro de mofo é muito forte. O apartamento está sem interfone, então quando alguém queria subir, tínhamos que descer para abrir a portaria. Fora essas coisas o apartamento é muito bom e a localização é excelente.

SEM TELA NA VARANDA E JANELAS

Aluguei um ap, horas antes de chegar em Guaapari o sr Jeverson comunicou que trocaria de ap pq o contratado deu problema. Passou o link do que seria trocado, porem, ao chegar no ap não foi o combinado. ENTREGA DAS CHAVES - tivessemos que ir na loja buscar as chaves, não foi orientado bem como chegar, ficamos rodando variasss vezes para encontrar, tivemos que voltar na loja ai foi explicado, inclusive que a entrada da garagemé na rua de tras. COMUNICAÇÃO - tendo em vista o problema da troca de ap ligamos váriasss vezes p sr Jeverson, p/ loja, p/ todos os números deixados...sem sucesso... ah, no dia de entregar as chaves 10 minutos antes do combinado, o filho dele ja estava me ligando... PORTARIA/SEGURANÇA - Fiquei 6 dias, nunca vi um porteiro no prédio, nem segurança. E nenhuma orientação que até as 6h a portaria fica fechada e tem uma outra portinha....perdi o nascer do sol por falta de informação :-( COZINHA - Não tem copos suficientes, vasilhas de plástico... Cadeira com perna quebrada e outras bambas... SALA - Enviam uma folha com orientações do sinal da sky, mas só tem uma tv de tubo com imagem chovendo. WI FI - Funciona quando quer, sinal cai quando aparece. Melhor nem falar que tem... QUARTOS - Parte de cima do guarda roupa com sujeira, inclusive onde estava um dos travesseiros, impossibilitando seu uso. Ah, a cama de um dos quartos tem só o box, mto duro. SEGURANÇA - VARANDA E JANELAS SEM TELA - Com crianças a gente fica apreensivo... LOCALIZAÇÃO - Prédio em frente a praia, mas, não tem vista p/ o mar. Ótima localização, perto de tudo. Ap quente, abafado, mesmo com os ventiladores.
