Living room with 2 environments, with sofas + double suite + bedroom with 3 beds + toilet with toilet + maid's room with 1 bed, fitted kitchen (blender, washing machine). All rooms with balcony.

Ceiling fan in every room.

2 Elevators + 1 parking space.

Just cross the street and you have your foot in the sand.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia na residência do Sr. Osvaldo! Apartamento super bem localizado, próximo de todos os supermercados, restaurantes e barzinhos da praia do morro! Apartamento super arejado e equipado! Nada a reclamar! Única desvantagem é a falta do Wi-Fi. Como a cidade fica muito cheia nesse período, a comunicação com a rede móvel fica comprometida!
