Great Home! Large House and large Rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. (we had 13 family members),Great location for us to spend a day at Disney, Universal and Epcot. The Pool was the best. (we are glad we paid to be heated because we used it every day!) The owner was always available for our questions.

It’s a beautiful home with plenty of space, seating and overall pretty clean. The floors weren’t very clean though. within a few hours of entry my socks were pretty dark on the bottom. A few things to keep in mind. The water doesn’t stay hot long and the trash cans are small. If you have large cars it can be a tight squeeze. We had 3 suvs and a sprinter. We fit but barely. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend

The host was very communicative. Whenever there was an issue, the owner responded within minutes. The owner was so kind when there was an issue with the garage that was our fault. He was understanding and had it fixed quickly. He made sure that I had all of the information needed to take care of it. If there were any cons they would be:-Lack of pots and pans- there was one deep skillet and a flat griddle with a handle. We really couldn’t cook meals because of this. -Ice machines on the two refrigerators produced very little ice for the size and number of people the house could accommodate. Really only the first two people to use each refrigerator would get ice while everyone else went without.-patio furniture- the furniture could use some upgrades especially since that’s where people may spend a lot of time. There was plenty of furniture, but most of the loungers were uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time due to the cushions being almost flat. Overall, the house is very nice/clean, had a lot of space for our family, and would definitely rent again.

We can for our Family Reunion. There were 10 of us. Everyone had their own rooms. It was clean, comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The pool was an added bonus!!! What was a surprise, we were able to use the garage. 10 out of 10.
