The host (Chuck) was very welcoming, and was extremely helpful. He very quickly resolved the small problems we ran into. The amenities were generally in good order, with a few exceptions that Chuck quickly resolved.

House was exactly as pictured. Host was extremely responsive. So close to Disney and hit minimal traffic which was a huge relief given we were traveling back and forth for cheer competitions. Our only complaint was that the walls have not been wiped down. Unknown stains on the bathroom and bedroom walls. Otherwise, the house was noticeably clean. Host provided plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials! Much appreciated.

Owner was very helpful with our booking. Answered all questions in a timely fashion. House was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of parking! Pool was great, didn’t know it backed up to a main road and not much privacy from traffic. WiFi was great, ice maker was quite small and slow, but owner left an additional bag of ice in the deep freezer for us. Kitchen is in need of some new cooking pans and the air vent needs to be cleaned.Beds were comfortable, some hard, some soft. Plenty of pool towels. Washer and dryer worked well. Dryer vent probably needs a good cleaning, though. Water pressure was a little low, but didn’t affect our stay. Plenty of room for luggage; closets & storage throughout the house. More than enough baby amenities (cribs, stroller, pack n play, baby bath, high chairs). Bring your own baby gate for the top of the stairs (our regular wooden gate fit there just fine).Close to LOTS of shopping (192 is just outside of Storey Lake).One of the shared shower doors upstairs didn’t close completely. Most of the beds were low to the ground. Better sponge/scrubber would be helpful in the kitchen.If you can check in early on a Thursday, DO IT. Traffic is NOT PRETTY when weekend guests all converge at once. Bring your patience & stop at a rest stop before waiting in line. There’s no one directing traffic. It’s a free for all!We really enjoyed our stay. We prefer Universal to Disney, so being close to The Bubble wasn’t a factor.
