This brand-new 10-bedroom resort villa is located in Windsor Island Resort, just 15 minutes from Disney, and is ideal for 3–4 families traveling together.
The home offers 4,382 sq. ft. of open living space, professionally furnished with upscale décor, large-screen TVs, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
Relax in your private screened-in pool and spa, featuring a covered lanai, outdoor seating, and a child safety fence—perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.
The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two large dining tables seating up to 16 guests.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 25 adults in beds, including 5 King suites, Queen and Full bedrooms, and family-friendly bunk rooms.
Bunk beds are best suited for children or teens.
Guests also enjoy an air-conditioned game room, family amenities for young children, and full access to Windsor Island’s resort-style clubhouse, pool with water slide, fitness center, dining, and recreation areas.

Our stay was perfect! We had a lot of people in our group and the house was perfect. Accommodated everyone and never felt crowded in the home at all! The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. The mini golf and pool with water slides was a great added bonus just down the street.

The pool/hottub combo was a hit. The pool was plenty large for all to swim. I had 16 people and we all had our own space! It was a good location, as we could walk to the resort pool and it wasn’t too far.

The bunk beds are for kids only, I know that sounds obvious but a twin bed is usually ok for an adult but these were thin and seemed small. So if you’re a golf group I’m not sure that it would work.

The house was nice and fit our family of 20 perfectly. However the bathrooms weren’t as clean as we would have liked. There was ants in the master suite shower as well as a couple of rooms upstairs. The dryer stopped working one day but someone came to fix it asap so that was nice. But overall, the kids enjoyed the pool and we liked having access to the grill. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We weren’t far from Disney World or Volcano Bay or any of the other places we visited.

Property was clean and decorated nicely. The 2 refrigerators were great. The pool was clean. The facilities were nice with the lazy river and arcade games, although very busy on a holiday weekend. The host was helpful with my questions. The homes are situated very close together so at times it was a little noisy, especially on the holiday weekend

All I can say is FANTASTIC!

We had a great time at this Davenport house. It was plenty large for our 21 family members. About a 25-30 minute drive to the Disney parks. And the water park/recreational area was really nice. Thanks for the great stay and memories made!
