Place was great.

Place was amazing. Had 11 people staying for a golf trip and met all of our needs. Very clean and resolved any issue we had almost immediately. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Lots of space, great location and great hosts

We had 12 guys for a golf tournament and everyone commented this had been the best house to accommodate everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers dryers, 2 fridges and a large dining table was SO nice. Will be staying there again for sure. Great neighborhood, great communication from hosts and very responsive!

Needs Upgrade

We were a family of 14 and the overall space and bedrooms were great! However the carpets need cleaning or better yet replacing. The couches were dirty, the coffee table all banged up. Dining table was great but lots of crumbs stuck under glass, Kitchen was good space with plenty of silverware, glasses and plates. However no mixing bowls, one cookie sheet, no serving bowls and worst of all no oven mitts (that is dangerous!) Had to order and pay extra for a grill. House is in a great location. Water park was fun! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. I do not know how many years owners have been renting this house but I would only stay here again if they upgrade/redo some of their furnishings.

House in disrepair - AVOID

The hits just kept coming on this trip - highly recommend avoiding this one! Due to a character limit I'm having to redo this post with bullet points... . No upstairs A/C for 2.5 days . Downstairs A/C failed on day 2 - was down for 1.5 days . Upstairs was far too hot fornthe family at night to sleep well . Fire alarm panel went off every single day - property management had to give me an override code - but the poor dogs hated it going off . Wife missed a full day of parks waiting on an hvac company to do a no-show . Unresponsive owners took 1.5 days to approve a repair to fix the a/c unit . No response to requests for 2 day refund on the property. Was told by VRBO that because we stayed we wouldnt qualify - but YOU try moving 7 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs!!! . Property management offered free pool heating for the inconvenience- but it was never turned on. . Won't get reimbursed fornthe $140 i spent on fans trying to help people sleep for 2 nights in the upstairs rooms that were far too hot. All said - the first 3 days were miserable almost 50% of our trip - plus wasted money on park tickets for my wife - VRBO AND the host have a lot to answer for.

The house is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was the best. Having the playroom was really nice too. The community pool was really nice for the kids too.

House Review

We stay in Encore multiple times a year for cheer competitions, the location has always been great for our group of families and we have been booking houses in this area for over 6 years now. We actually realized we stayed in this exact house years ago for another cheer competition. House is spacious and great for big groups. We had no real issues except there were some repairs the house could use that I did report to the rental company upon checking out, they were noted, Nothing that effected our stay so we just let the office know. I would say the house could use a deep clean, I sat on the floor in the living room and noticed what looked like an old spilled drink under the couch and some other stains on the floor. Also, one of the things we noted to the rental company is that the AC probably needs to be checked downstairs, it got very warm in that area of the house. Thankfully some of the rooms had box fans so those came in handy! My only other note is that I got an email about damaged towels, wash clothes, a bath mat and a king sheet ?? No response yet to what the damage was, but they are white towels so i am guessing they just need to be washed. I am not even sure there were as many towels in the house as the ones that said were damaged as there were only two sets per bathroom??? But regardless, we did enjoy our stay.

The house was very clean and spacious. There were 2 refrigerators which was extremely helpful. I like the fact that all unused or unwanted food was donated to local charity or food bank. The only downfall was there were no other instructions for checking out. We were not sure whether or not to strip the beds, place towels in washer, or run the dishwasher.

Great time with family

The house was great. The location was wonderful, no noise from neighbors. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. The best house we have enjoyed since we started our yearly family reunion. The owners was awesome and easy to communicate with. Thanks for wonderful time

Good value

I'd have given this place 5 stars but there were many things wrong that we had to report. The response to fix these things was fast and no one seemed angry at our constant reporting. Because the response was so fast, I can only guess that previous guests just hadn't reported the things that were broken or missing. We tried to leave the house in better condition than when we got there due to having many things repaired. Still to be repaired: The light on one fridge is out for the water setting, the long blinds on the back windows of the house need some repair, there's a stain on the rug in one of the main floor bedrooms, and the Mickey and Minnie room wallpaper is falling off. Still waiting for the roller wheels on one of the dishwashers when we left. Other than that, it'd be nice to have the pet fee refunded when there's no indication at all that pets were there. Our elderly pups don't smell, drool, shed, have accidents, or tear up furniture. 😄 They just lie around and sleep all day. 😂

Golf 2023

The house was great. Had a problem with the. BBQ that we ordered and wasn’t delivered till Tuesday morning. It also was old and needed a cleaning. One dishwasher had a problem with the bottom rack as two sets of wheels weee missing Toasted was broken but there was a new one in the closet

Would stay again

We just left this property after 8 days and wish we could have stayed longer. We had our entire clan of 18 there. Plenty of room and very well kept. We could all spread out if needed but room for all of us to gather for meals. Unbelievable 15 minute ride to all the Disney parts. The water park area was incredible and loved by the kids. Had couple small maintenance issues but Jeeves Management was on it same day. Dual dishwashers and washer and dryers really made it comfortable. The pool was great and recommend heating spa for all the after parks aches and pains. Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at.

Family gathering - Adults

Perfect for large family and or friends gathering. 10 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms means each room has a designated and/or ensuite bathroom. The kitchen and large combined dining space and living area make for perfect gathering and conversation areas. While there is an upstairs game room/living area, we stayed downstairs for visiting inside and on the back patio/pool deck for visiting. The house offers rooms in quieter spaces for the light sleepers and separation too. 2 refrigerators certainly help as we wanted to eat meals in as it is too hard to go to restaurants with 17 people. We used the island and side kitchen area as our buffet for meals...perfect set up. 2 dishwashers helped too......With that many adults, a second coffee maker would have been convenient, but not a necessity. If you have children, the alarmed doors accessing the pool area are a great safety feature....but it took us a while to remember to punch the button so the alarm buzzer for an open pool access door would not go off...LOL. Beds are very comfortable....tv's in every room...but we started our day visiting and lasted intil bedtime...no need for tv I guess unless you have younger folks wanting to watch movies, etc. Spa, pool, pool deck area, shaded and open to sun are very nice and comfortable...even in Feb we were able to sit outside. Seems to be good privacy despite homes being side by side...landscaping and varying property levels prevent you from feeling like you are in a fishbowl.

Great Stay

The house was well suited for a large party. It was very spacious and the kitchen had more than enough service ware. Quick access to parks. The club access was great. You do need to visit reception to receive blue cards to gain access to the facilities. The water park was a hit! Visit reception ASAP to get all the information you need and then plan accordingly. They also provide a shuttle to the parks. I do wish the development recycled. Not the owners fault.

Nice stay

Once we were able to get to the house (thank you tropical storm Nicole--not) we were very happy. Everyone loved their room. Had a nice time. More than enough room for the 7 of us adults. Loved there were a few rooms on the first floor for the older adults. One down side which isn't the fault of the owners the water (I assume in all of Orlando) does not taste good. Thankfully they had refrigerators with water dispensers. Those filters helped some. Would stay again.

Best vacation ever!

There was a total of 12 of us flying from Pittsburgh, PA to Orlando to surprise our best friends. This Villa was everything we had hoped it would be and more. We could not of asked for a better place to hang out for a week! Hoping to go back next October.

Great house! Questionable hosts 🤔

The house was very spacious, even for a party of 17 guests! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the on-site water park. It was nice that everyone had their own bathrooms. It could have been more clean, as there was garbage underneath couches and dressers and we even spotted a few roaches. The air broke on the 2nd or 3rd day, but the management team was very quick in fixing the problem. As for the hosts...we were notified less than 24 hours prior to our trip that the pet fee had more than doubled and that they would not honor the original price, even with screenshots of the conversation and quoted price. Although the home had been paid for, we could not recieve the access info until the new, doubled pet fee was paid. The hosts were not apologetic about the sudden new price, nor would they compromise, despite having given us a much lower rate at the time of booking. Also, after recieving the access code, we were permitted (by the hosts) to check in early. The door code would not unlock the door when we arrived around 2pm. When reaching out to the hosts, I was told " you have the code, you can go in the house". I replied that the code didn't work. The hosts responded about 30 minutes later that I needed to contact the resort staff for access to the the home. At this point I felt like I was being toyed with, bc why was this not mentioned at the start of the conversation. So, it already feels like the pet fee was a scam, but days after returning home, I get an email that claims that the toaster was taken from the home and has to be replaced! Thank God we purchased damage protection! We booked based on the good reviews, but we were not as lucky!

Great location!

Overall nice place and walking distance to water park. Confusion about pet fee as Encore Resort charges $40 per night per pet and this management company charged $450 for 5 nights. Also for the number of people staying in the home, grill should be bigger. Surprised that there was a charge for a grill. All that being said, we enjoyed staying there!
