The Encore Resort at Reunion offers an excellent choice of luxury vacation rental homes for guests to relax and enjoy a dream visit to Kissimmee! This 10 suite villa can sleep up to 24 people with bedrooms across both floors and 6 king sized bedrooms as well as children's themed bedrooms including 'Mickey Mouse' and 'Avengers'!

A private swimming pool and spillover spa is the only way to relax while on vacation, located right outside your patio doors!

The upstairs loft area provides hours of entertainment for the whole family with an air hockey and foosball table as well as an X-Box video game console connected to a large flat screen TV!

It is located at the Encore Club, a quick 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World! Staying at the Encore Club also means exclusive on property amenities such as a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant and an AquaPark with twisting and drop slides!

Wonderful home but had to call either the owner or the management company every single day as the alarm box started beeping 2 AM 6 AM every single day of the 14 days that we were there, somebody had to wake up get out of bed and reset the alarm. Every single day twice during the night.

Our hosts were great and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet with a water park that was bigger than I imagined possible in a neighborhood. The house is a super easy 15-18 minute drive to all of the Disney World Parks and 30 minutes to the Universal Parks. Only 1:15 to Kennedy Space Center.The house is huge and very well appointed (pool, hot tub, game room, cooking utensils/pots/pans, etc. When we come back to Orlando next time, we would stay here again.

House worked out perfect. Access to neighborhood water park was include and our families really enjoyed our time at the water park. House was very clean and well laid out. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

I would have liked to rate excellent but a couple of issues were not up to par. Furniture in living room was torn and dirty, so were dining room chairs. Paid for a week of pool heat but it took into the third day for it to be turned on. Location and setup of house was great for our family but house needs a refresh

Lots of space, great location and great hosts

We had 12 guys for a golf tournament and everyone commented this had been the best house to accommodate everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers dryers, 2 fridges and a large dining table was SO nice. Will be staying there again for sure. Great neighborhood, great communication from hosts and very responsive!

The house is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was the best. Having the playroom was really nice too. The community pool was really nice for the kids too.

There was a total of 12 of us flying from Pittsburgh, PA to Orlando to surprise our best friends. This Villa was everything we had hoped it would be and more. We could not of asked for a better place to hang out for a week! Hoping to go back next October.

Very spacious

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures but even better in person. It’s very spacious and each room has its own personal bathroom. We were a family of 15 and we would stay here again. So much to do on the premises, soccer, tennis, beach volleyball, and the water park was lots of fun. We were all very satisfied and had a great time. Thank you Ann and Gary!!

This home is simply perfect! The location is great, close to all Disney parks and Universal. The water park located on the property was wonderful. Everyone working at the park were very kind and gracious. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The pool at the house was great. Truly, we enjoyed this beautiful home. We will return again and again. Thank you Ann and Gary, we had a wonderful time.

Perfect mini youth retreat!

Our stay was amazing! Everyone loved the house! The best part is that it was like having your own personal hotel room! Everyone had there own privacy! When it was time to eat we enough seating for all us to enjoy the meals together! And what can I say the the waterpark was a mega plus!!!!!! We loved it! We are looking forward to rent in the future! Thank you for having us and the owners were super attentive and responsive to our emails!

Great location!

Overall nice place and walking distance to water park. Confusion about pet fee as Encore Resort charges $40 per night per pet and this management company charged $450 for 5 nights. Also for the number of people staying in the home, grill should be bigger. Surprised that there was a charge for a grill. All that being said, we enjoyed staying there!

Just to clarify, all the houses in this resort are managed by Encore Resort, pet fee is also charged by the Encore Resort. I have shown the guests the document of the pet fee policy given by Encore Resort. Yes the resort can rent guests a grill for a fee. Thanks.
